| In vitro | Radezolid consistently demonstrates superior potency to linezolid across all tested bacteria, maintaining this advantage regardless of the bacterium's sensitivity, when the concentration measurements are standardized to weight (mg/L). This is evidenced by Radezolid's MIC values, which are always equal to or lower than those of linezolid—by up to 3 log2 dilutions—for strains susceptible to linezolid, and exhibit an 8-fold potency increase against linezolid-resistant strains. Additionally, Radezolid, alongside TR-700, is effective against mutants with 3-copy alterations at G2447T, G2576T, and G2576T/T2571C positions [1][2]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
