In vivo
In preclinical studies using nude mice bearing EphA2-overexpressing endometrial carcinoma xenografts, the ADC constructed with MMAF intermediate 2 was evaluated. Intravenous administration of the conjugate resulted in tumor growth inhibition and regression [1].
