| In vitro | L-AP3 exhibits inhibitory effects on D-phosphoserine and L-phosphoserine, with inhibition constants (Kis) of 151 μM and 845 μM, respectively[1]. Furthermore, it demonstrates agonistic behavior by enhancing phospholipase D activity and reducing cAMP formation in the rat hippocampus[1]. Its selectivity for Group II subtypes is indicated by its inhibition of [3H]glutamate binding to mGlu3 receptors, with a Ki of 125 μM[1]. Additionally, L-AP3 effectively inhibits sodium-dependent L-[3H]glutamate uptake in both cerebellar and cortical synaptosomes, showing potencies of 39 μM and 110 μM, respectively[1]. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
