| In vitro | Methods: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were treated with 1 μM L-902688 for 24 hours to detect its effect on the expression of Twist and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) induced by TGF-β. Results: L-902688 (1 μM, 24 h) could significantly inhibit the TGF-β-induced upregulation of Twist and α-SMA expression in HUVECs [1]. |
| In vivo | Methods: Adult male SD rats were intraperitoneally injected with L-902688 at a dose of 0.25–1 μg/kg per day once daily for 3 weeks. The degree of right ventricular fibrosis was evaluated in a monocrotaline (MCT)-induced pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) model. Results: L-902688 (0.25–1 μg/kg/day, intraperitoneal injection, once daily for 3 consecutive weeks) could attenuate right ventricular fibrosis in MCT-induced PAH rats [1]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
