Description	iNOS Inhibitor-10, with an IC50 of 65 nM, exhibits antiproliferative effects on triple-negative breast cancer cells [1].
Targets&IC50	eNOS:>50 μM, iNOS:0.065 μM
In vitro	iNOS inhibitor-10 at a concentration of 1 μM suppresses iNOS activity by 83% while remaining inactive against eNOS [1]. The same inhibitor, ranging from 0.001 to 100 μM over a period of 5 days, diminishes the viability of MDA-MB-231 cells [1]. Furthermore, at 25 μM for 24 hours, it impedes the migration of MDA-MB-231 cells [1]. Tested in liver microsomes, iNOS inhibitor-10 displays moderate metabolic stability, evidenced by a half-life (t1/2) of 38 minutes and an intrinsic clearance (CLint) of 39.6 mL/min/Kg [1].
