Description
Ilunocitinib is a non-selective and orally active Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor for the control of pruritus and atopic dermatitis caused by atopic dermatitis in dogs.
In vivo
In a canine atopic dermatitis model, Ilunocitinib (0.6–0.8 mg/kg, oral, once daily, up to 112 days) significantly alleviated pruritus and skin lesions, showing superior efficacy over Oclacitinib from Day 28 onward, with good tolerability[1].
