Description

Heptadecanoic acid is an odd-chain saturated fatty acid, which inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells and induces Apoptosis by activating PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.
In vitro
Heptadecanoic acid (100 μM, 48 h) significantly inhibited the proliferation and migration of PC9 and PC‑9/GR cells by activating PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, and promoted apoptosis [1].
In vivo
Heptadecanoic acid (5 mg/kg, taken orally for 10-14 days) significantly increased the frequency of defecation in rats [2].

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
