Description	GB1107 is an effective and selective Galectin-3 inhibitor with a Kd of 37 nM.
Targets&IC50	GAL3 (human):（kd）37 nM
In vitro	GB1107 (0-1 μM) increases CD8+ T cell infiltration and tumor M1 macrophage polarization. GB1107 potentiates the effects of a PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor to increase the expression of cytotoxic and apoptotic effector molecules including perforin-1, Fas ligand, IFN-γ, granzyme B, and cleaved caspase-3[1].
In vivo	In CD-1 nude female mice received 3x106 human lung adenocarcinoma cells (A549), GB1107 (10 mg/kg, p.o.) significantly reduces tumor growth and final tumor weights[1].
