Description	CSF1R-IN-1 is a CSF1R inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.5 nM.
Targets&IC50	CSF1R:0.5 nM
In vitro	It is believed that CSF1R plays an important role in the recruitment and differentiation of tumor-associated macrophages (TAM). CSF1R-IN-1 showed good intestinal permeability in Caco2 analysis.
In vivo	CSF1R-IN-1 has good pharmacokinetics when administered orally to mice. It seems suitable for in vivo pharmacological testing in an appropriate preclinical tumor model to prove a proof of concept.
