| In vitro | At a concentration of 50 pM, Allo-aca inhibits leptin-induced proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells. It also suppresses leptin-induced proliferation of MCF-7 cells with an IC50 of 200 pM [1]. At 250 nmol/L, Allo-aca reduces the expression of VEGF-dependent leptin mRNA below baseline levels in both cell lines. Additionally, Allo-aca inhibits the mitogenic effects induced by VEGF. In RF/6A retinal endothelial cells, Allo-aca obstructs VEGF-induced chemotaxis and haptotaxis [2]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
