In vitro
In H1975OR cells, Akt3 degrader 1 ( 0.001-100 μM ; 24 h ) could inhibit the growth of H1975OR cells with an IC50 of 0.972 μM[1].
In vivo
In NOD-SCID-IL2Rg-/- ( NSI ) mice ( H1975OR xenograft model ), Akt3 degrader 1 ( 10,20 mg/kg ; intraperitoneal administration ; every 3 days for 5 weeks ) can Inhibited tumor growth without causing obvious body weight loss or other signs of toxicity[1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
