Description	TPG-20A is an inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 main protease with an IC50 value of 27.8 nM. It also inhibits the main protease of MERS-CoV. TPG-20A is applicable for infection-related research, including studies on SARS-CoV-2.

In vitro	TPG-20A (Compound 20a) exhibits EC50 values of 3.9 μM in VeroE6 cells exposed to SARS-CoV-2 WK-521 and 0.46 μM in HeLa ACE2-TMPRSS2 cells exposed to SARS-CoV-2 BQ.1.1. The CC50 for TPG-20A is greater than 100 μM in both VeroE6 and HeLa ACE2-TMPRSS2 cells. Additionally, TPG-20A has IC50 values of 7.1 nM against SARS-CoV-2 Mpro and 42.9 nM against MERS-CoV Mpro.

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
