| Description | Tiliroside (Standard) is a reference standard for research and analytical applications involving Tiliroside. Tiliroside (Tribuloside) exhibits anticarcinogenic activity. Tiliroside demonstrates hepatoprotective activity. Tiliroside exhibits antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity and can inhibit neuroinflammation in neurodegenerative disorder models. Tiliroside demonstrates anti-diabetic effects that are at least partially mediated through inhibitory effects on carbohydrate digestion and glucose uptake in the gastrointestinal tract. Tiliroside and gnaphaliin function as antioxidants against in vitro Cu(2+)-induced LDL oxidation in the same order of magnitude compared with the reference compound probucol. Tiliroside enhances fatty acid oxidation through enhancement of adiponectin signaling associated with activation of both AMP-activated protein kinase and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α and ameliorates obesity-induced metabolic disorders. Tiliroside (Standard) is therefore extensively applicable to metabolic, oxidative stress, inflammation, and natural product-based biomedical research. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
