Description	Tetradifon is a broad-spectrum organochlorine acaricide insecticide and a potent inhibitor of the mitochondrial oligomycin sensitivity conferring protein (OSCP)，a subunit of ATP synthase. In vivo	Tetradifon (24.3 mg/kg, oral gavage, 90 days) treatment of female Wistar rats showed an increase in creatinine/urea levels by 24%/43% at week 12, an increase in glomerular sclerosis rate to 22%, an increase in interstitial fibrosis index by 200%, a decrease in renal SOD/GPx activity by 32%/17%, and a decrease in vitamin C content by 31%.
