| In vitro | In isolated heart preparations from guinea-pigs, the compound Ro 363 induced arrhythmic contractions when administered at doses that elicited 70-100% of its maximal heart rate-increasing effects [1]. Additionally, in tracheal tissues of guinea-pigs that contract spontaneously, Ro 363 acted as a potent full agonist, demonstrating approximately half the effectiveness of (-)-Isoprenaline. This activity of Ro 363 is attributed to its activation of β1-receptors, as evidenced by its comparable potency to (-)-Isoprenaline in affecting the trachea, heart, and ileum [2]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
