In vivo
In vivo, RvD2 n-3 DPA (100 ng/animal; i.v.) reduces peritoneal neutrophil infiltration and exudate levels of IL-6 and chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 2 (CCL2) in a mouse model of zymosan-induced inflammation.
