In vivo PKM2 activator 3, also known as compound 66, exhibits favorable pharmacokinetic properties, including efficient Caco-2 permeability and a low efflux ratio of 0.84. It demonstrates robust microsomal stability, with a half-life of 277.2 minutes in human liver microsomes and 117.5 minutes in mouse liver microsomes [1].
