| In vitro | mGluR1 activator-1 (Compound 7) at concentrations of 1-10 μM over 48 hours modulates transcriptional activity through SXR and RAR in neural stem cells. At 1 μM for 48 hours, it significantly increases Map2 positive signaling, indicating effective induction of neural progenitor cells into neurons. Furthermore, mGluR1 activator-1 (1-10 μM) enhances cellular uptake in MG63 cells in a concentration-dependent manner within 24 hours and is subsequently converted into the bioactive form Menaquinone-4 (MK-4). |
