Description
Gibberellin A4 is a biologically active gibberellin that promotes flowering in apple trees and exhibits anti-NF-κB and antioxidant activities, making it applicable to periodontal disease research.
In vitro
Methods: RAW 264.7 macrophages stably transfected with the NF‑κB luciferase reporter gene were pretreated with 3–30 μM gibberellin A4 for 30 min, followed by LPS stimulation.
Results: Gibberellin A4 reduced LPS‑induced NF‑κB activation by 32% [1].
Methods: Gibberellin A4 at 3–300 μg was applied to apple trees 4.5 weeks after flowering.
Results: Gibberellin A4 promoted flowering in apple trees [2].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
