Description	Gcase activator 2 is a β-glucocerebrosidase activator that induces dimerization of GCase at the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and lysosomal pHs, increases lysosomal substrate metabolism, and has therapeutic potential for the treatment of Parkinson's and Gosheimer's diseases.
In vitro	Gcase activator 2 exhibits a low metabolic clearance rate in both humans and mice, with CL values of 10 and 12 μL/min/mg, respectively [1].
