Description
Bifenthrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide.Bifenthrin induces cell death in bovine mammary epithelial cells through ROS generation, disruption of calcium homeostasis, and alteration of the MAPK signaling cascade.Bifenthrin induces apoptosis by inducing cell-cycle arrest.
In vitro
Bifenthrin. gambiae, and C. quinquefasciatus, with LD50 values ​​of 0.15 ng/mg and 0.16 ng/mg, respectively; contact of filter paper treated with bifenthrin with the tarsus of C. quinquefasciatus and A. gambiae at concentrations of 0.5% and 0.125%, respectively, resulted in 100% mortality [1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
