Description	SR 2640 hydrochloride is a competitive antagonist of leukotriene D4 and E4 and can be used in studies about leukotrienes in human asthma.
In vivo	In Guinea pigs, intravenous injection of SR2640 (1 mg/kg) prevents the contractile responses of the ileum and trachea to leukotriene D4 and E4[1].
