In vitro | SPOP-IN-6b (0.1-3.0 μM) inhibits the activity of SPOP, and then increases the content of tumor suppressor substrate proteins PTEN and DUSP7. SPOP-IN-6b. The IC50s are 2-10.2 μM for A498, Caki-2, Ketr-3, 769-P, 0S-RC-2 and 786-0 cells[1]. |
In vivo | In nude mice, SPOP-IN-6b (40-80 mg/kg; i.p.) slows down the tumour growth[1]. |
