In vitro
USP7-IN-12 (compound 1), following a 72-hour incubation period, exhibited antiproliferative activity, with an IC50 value of 69.5 nM against RS4;11 [1].
In vivo
USP7-IN-12 (5 mg/kg; oral) exhibited favorable pharmacokinetic properties in male SD rats: a half-life (T1/2) of 3.68 hours, time to maximum concentration (Tmax) of 3.33 hours, peak concentration (Cmax) of 330 ng/mL, and area under the curve from time zero to infinity (AUC0-inf) of 2014 hr*ng/mL [1].
