| In vitro | STING agonist-4 (0.3-30 μM; 2 hours) causes phosphorylation of IRF3 and STING that is inhibited by the TBK1 inhibitor BX795 and induces dose-dependent secretion of IFN-β with an EC50 of 3.1 μM. STING agonist-4 (0.001 nM-1 μM) inhibits the binding of full-length STING to the solid support (Kd: 1.6 nM). STING agonist-4 (0-100 μM) is 18-fold more potent than cGAMP (an endogenous STING ligand)(EC50 of 53.9 μM). STING agonist-4 (3 μM; 4 hours) promotes the production of interferon γ-induced protein 10 (IP-10), IL-6, and TNF-α by a mechanism that is dependent on STING-mediated activation of TBK1. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
