Method: AsPC-1 cells were treated with RU-SKI 43 Hydrochloride (10 μM, 72 hours), and Gli-1 mRNA levels were detected by qRT-PCR.
Result: RU-SKI 43 Hydrochloride reduced Gli-1 levels in AsPC-1 cells by 40%. [2]
In vivo
After IV administration,RU-SKI 43 Hydrochloride has a t1/2 of 17 min in mouse plasma.[1]
