Description	Quercetin 3-O-sambubioside is a natural flavonoid and disaccharide derivative that scavenges free radicals thereby reducing cellular oxidative stress, stimulates nociceptors and increases spontaneous activity in mice.
In vivo	Methods: Quercetin 3-O-sambubioside (50-400 mg/kg, gavage) was administered to mice to evaluate the effects of quercetin-3-O-sambubioside on the nervous system. Results: Quercetin 3-O-sambubioside showed significant effects similar to nicotinamide in increasing spontaneous activity and stimulating nerve centers to enhance excitation. These findings suggest that quercetin-3-O-sambubioside has a powerful ability to promote nerve center stimulation. [1]
