| In vivo | Eight to twelve week old C57BL/6J wild-typ (WT) mice. To determine the required ODN 1826 concentration for a proinflammatory response, WT mice were injected intravenously (i.v.) with 3nM, 10nM, or 30nM ODN 1826 suspended in 200μl phosphate buffered saline (PBS) or vehicle (PBS). Dose-dependent IL-6 induction and 30nM ODN 1826 led to the highest IL-6 formation. [1] |
