In vitro
N1-Methylpseudouridine-5'-triphosphate trisodium(1 μg, 24 h) incorporated mRNA provides enhanced protein expression and reduced immunogenicity in mammalian cell lines. [1]
In vivo
In mice, mRNA modified with N1-Methylpseudouridine-5'-triphosphate trisodium has a higher ability to translate. [1]
