Description	MrgprX2 antagonist-3 (compound E117) is a MrgprX2 antagonist applicable for investigating cutaneous inflammation.
In vitro	MRGPRX2, a member of the Mas-related gene family, is expressed in sensory neurons, mast cells, and keratinocytes, with mRNA present in adipose tissue, esophagus, urinary bladder, lungs, and highest levels in skin. Activation of MRGPRX2 triggers mast cell degranulation, causing subsequent pseudo-allergic reactions[2].
