| In vitro | MAGL-IN-13, when pre-incubated at 37℃ for 10 minutes, inhibits mMAGL, hMAGL, and rMAGL with IC50 values of 0.026, 0.021, and 0.24 nM, respectively. It irreversibly inhibits MAGL activity. MAGL-IN-13, at 0.1 and 1 μM, exhibits selectivity for MAGL. In NIH3T3 mouse fibroblasts, it shows low cytotoxicity with a cell viability IC50 of 0.47 μM. At a concentration of 10 μM, it can inhibit Ca2+ channels in rats. |
