| In vivo | L-2'-Fd4C, administered intraperitoneally at a dosage of 100 mg/kg daily for 7 days, demonstrates significant anti-hepadnaviral activity in HBV-transgenic mice, resulting in a reduction of hepatitis B virus (HBV) levels in the blood comparable to the effects of Lamivudine [1]. |
