Description	Ikarugamycin is a macrolide antibiotic discovered in Streptomyces, exhibiting antiprotozoal activity, inducing apoptosis and activating caspases, and also acting as a CME (clathrin-mediated endocytosis) inhibitor.
In vitro	In H1299 cells, the IC50 value of Ikarugamycin was 2.7 μM, and it significantly inhibited TfnR endocytosis at a concentration of 4 μM [1].
