| Description | GID4 Ligand 2 (compound 67) is a selective binder for GID4 with an IC50 of 18.9 μM and a Kd of 17 μM, and can be used for the synthesis of PROTACs [1]. |
| In vitro | GID4 Ligand 1, at a concentration of 50 μM for a 10-minute incubation period, interacts with GID4 in HEK293 cell lysates, as demonstrated by Western Blot Analysis. This interaction, observed in HEK293 cells expressing FLAG-GID4, results in a thermal stability shift of 3.8°C, indicating a direct binding between the ligand and GID4. |
