In vivo
In xenograft mouse models bearing MLL-rearranged or NPM1-mutant acute myeloid leukemia (AML) tumors, the administration of Enzomenib reduced tumor burden and prolonged survival. These studies characterize Menin as a therapeutic target in these leukemia models [1].
