In vitro
Methods: Deoxyvasicinone (0-100 μM) was used to treat human liver cancer cells (HepG2), human breast cancer cells (MCF7) and human lung cancer cells (HCC827), and CCK8 was used to determine cytotoxicity.
Results: The IC50 values ​​of deoxyvasicinone against HepG2, MCF7 and HCC827 were 5.7, 7.21 and 0.75 μM, respectively. [2]
