In the measurement of Ca 2+ binding kinetics of BRAC, 5 nM BRAC protein is rapidly mixed with 20 μM Coelenterazine h hydrochloride in Ca 2+ buffers of varying concentrations, and the Venus (530 nm) emission intensity of BRAC is monitored at 1 kHz. |
