Description	ASP8302 is an oral, highly selective muscarinic M3 receptor positive allosteric modulator (M3-PAM) that binds specifically to the Thr230 site on the M3 receptor, enhancing receptor activation induced by endogenous acetylcholine (ACh) and increasing bladder smooth muscle contraction to improve urinary dysfunction.
In vitro	ASP8302 (0.1–1 μM) enhances carbachol-induced intracellular Ca²⁺ mobilization in CHO-K1 cells expressing rat muscarinic receptors in a concentration-dependent manner [1].
In vivo	ASP8302 (0.1–1 mg/kg; intravenous injection) reduces residual urine volume and improves voiding efficiency in male SD rats with voiding dysfunction induced by midodrine and atropine [2]. ASP8302 (1–3 mg/kg; intravenous injection) reduces residual urine volume and improves voiding efficiency in female Wistar rats with voiding dysfunction caused by bladder outlet obstruction [2].

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
