Antitumor agent-67 (compound 3) exhibits antiproliferative effects on a range of cells including HepG2, A549, LO2, HepG2/Hyp, A549/Hyp, and A549/T, with IC50 values of 84 ± 9 μM, 100 ± 19 μM, 312 ± 34 μM, 113 ± 13 μM, 185 ± 24 μM, and 197 ± 29 μM, respectively [1].
