| In vitro | METHODS: A549 cells were cultured with 0, 10, and 50 μM Ac4ManNAz, and total RNA was extracted to evaluate the quantity and quality of total RNA. RESULTS Compared with untreated A549 cells, mRNA expression levels changed 7-fold; biological functional pathways related to urogenital cancer and cell invasion were significantly activated, while signal transduction related to cell maturation and surface receptor ligation was inhibited. [1] METHODS: Ac4MAnNAz (0-50 μM) treated A549 cells, and analyzed the channel activation, proliferation ability and vitality of A549 cells treated with Ac4ManNAz; Ac4ManNAz (0, 10, 20, 50 μM, 30 hours) treated A549 cells, and performed wounds on A549 cells Healing and invasion assays. Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
