Description
Ac4ManNAz is an azide-containing metabolic glycoprotein labeling reagent that can selectively modify proteins and can be used for cell labeling, tracking, and proteomic analysis.
In vitro
METHODS: A549 cells were cultured with 0, 10, and 50 μM Ac4ManNAz, and total RNA was extracted to evaluate the quantity and quality of total RNA.
RESULTS Compared with untreated A549 cells, mRNA expression levels changed 7-fold; biological functional pathways related to urogenital cancer and cell invasion were significantly activated, while signal transduction related to cell maturation and surface receptor ligation was inhibited. [1]
METHODS: Ac4MAnNAz (0-50 μM) treated A549 cells, and analyzed the channel activation, proliferation ability and vitality of A549 cells treated with Ac4ManNAz; Ac4ManNAz (0, 10, 20, 50 μM, 30 hours) treated A549 cells, and performed wounds on A549 cells Healing and invasion assays.
RESULTS There was no significant change in the activities of TRP M7 and VSOR Cl channels, and the growth rate of A549 cells was reduced by 10%; as the concentration of Ac4ManNAz increased, the migration and invasion abilities gradually decreased, [1]

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
