Description BMS-929075 is an orally active HCV NS5B replicase (HCV NS5B replicase) palm site variant inhibitor with potency, high oral bioavailability and pharmacokinetic parameters.BMS-929075 shows cytotoxicity.
Targets&IC50 Huh-7 cells:60 µM(CC50), HepG2 cells:>12.5 µM(CC50)
In vitro BMS-929075 (0-60 µM) showed cytotoxicity with CC50 values of 60, >12.5, and >50 µM for Huh-7, HepG2, and primary human hepatocytes, respectively.[1]
In vivo BMS-929075 (i.v. 2 mg/kg; orally 6 mg/kg) showed good pharmacokinetic parameters with an oral bioavailability of 48% in rats.[1]
