Description | Adibendan (Adibendanum) is a selective inhibitor of PDE3 with an IC50 of 2.0 μM. |
In vitro | Adibendan exerted a concentration-dependent (0.03 –300 μM) positive inotropic effect in papillary muscles (EC50 = 1.3 μM) which was only partially reversible. The IC50 values for the inhibition of PDE1 or PDE2 were more than 60-fold higher[1]. |
