Description
Mosnodenvir (JNJ-1802) is a pan-DENV inhibitor effective against all four serotypes of dengue viruses, with the advantage of being highly potent and orally bioavailable, and blocks viral replication by inhibiting the formation of the complex between NS3 and NS4B.

SARS-CoV-2 XBB:0.43 μM (EC₅₀), SARS-CoV-2 BA.5:0.27 μM (EC₅₀)
In vitro
Mosnodenvir inhibited SARS-CoV-2 BA.5 and XBB in Vero E6 cells with EC₅₀ values of 0.27 μM and 0.43 μM, respectively, and showed broad-spectrum antiviral activity in other cell lines[1].
In vivo
In hACE2 transgenic mice, Mosnodenvir (200 mg/kg, i.p., daily × 5 days) reduced lung viral titers by >99% and alleviated lung damage, with good oral bioavailability (>80%)[1].

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
