| Description | Sulfo-NHS-Acetate (Sulfosuccinimidyl acetate) is a PROTAC linker belonging to the alkyl chain class, useful for synthesizing PROTAC molecules. |
| In vitro | PROTACs (Proteolysis-Targeting Chimeras) consist of two ligands joined by a linker: one binding an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other targeting the specific protein. They utilize the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1]. |
