Description	Saroglitazar (Lipaglyn) is an agonist of PPAR with EC50 values of 0.65 pM and 3 nM for PPARα and PPARγ.
Targets&IC50	PPARα:0.65 pM （EC50， HepG2 cell）, PPARγ:3 nM （EC50， HepG2 cell）
In vivo	In db/db mice, Saroglitazar (0.01-3 mg/kg; orally) reduces serum triglycerides, free fatty acids, and glucose in a dose-dependent manner (ED50 = 0.05, 0.19, and 0.19 mg/kg). Saroglitazar (1 mg/kg) significantly reduces serum insulin and AUC-glucose(91%)[3].
