Description	Resolvin D3 (RvD3), originating from docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), is a dysregulated mediator that plays a crucial role in reducing arthritic inflammation.
In vitro	RvD3 (RvD3; 10 nM) effectively suppresses the activation of NF-κB induced by tumor necrosis factor-α in A549 epithelial cells[2].
In vivo	Resolvin D3 (RvD3; 100 ng/100 μl; IP; daily for 6 days) effectively mitigates arthritis progression, reduces edema, and curtails leukocyte accumulation in murine K/BxN-serum induced arthritis in both male C57Bl/6 mice (12 weeks old) and ALX/fpr2/3 KO mice.

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
