In vitro	PROTACs consist of two ligands connected by a linker: one ligand targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other targets the desired protein. Utilizing the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system, PROTACs enable the selective degradation of target proteins[1].
