In vitro
PF-07238025, at concentrations ranging from 0.2 to 6 μM over a 48-hour exposure, decreases pBCKDH in a dose-dependent manner in Hek293 cells and results in a 50% increase in BDK accumulation [1].
In vivo
PF-07238025, administered at dosages of 20 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg over 8 weeks, reduced blood glucose fluctuations in HFD-fed mice within 2 days and significantly decreased levels of BCAA and BCKA by day 7 [1].
