Description	PD1-PDL1-IN 1 is a potent inhibitor of programmed cell death 1 (PD-1),and used as immune modulator.
In vitro	PD-1 is a ~55kD type I membrane glycoprotein and is a receptor of the CD28 superfamily that negatively regulates T cell antigen receptor signalling by interacting with the specific ligands. PD-1 is suggested to play significant role in the maintenance of self-tolerance.
