In vitro
In AsPC-1 pancreatic cancer cells, Pan-RAS-IN-2 potently inhibited pERK levels with an IC50 of 0.3 nM. The compound demonstrated significant antiproliferative activity across a broad spectrum of RAS-mutant cancer cell lines, including those harboring KRAS G12D, G12V, and G12C mutations [1].
In vivo
Pan-RAS-IN-2 exhibited robust antitumor efficacy in mouse xenograft models of RAS-driven cancers, such as colorectal and pancreatic cancer. Oral administration of Pan-RAS-IN-2 resulted in the significant inhibition of tumor growth [1].
